    packed with plenty of vitamins and minerals

    Bought this product as a supplement for my calorie controlled diet. The tablets are rather large, you can however swallow them with a good gulp of water. I have been using them around two weeks now, just have to wait and see if it says what it does on the tin.

    Tablets are wrong shape and not easy to swallow, would be better if the ingredient were in capsules as the tablets are also very dry and powdery so they stick to your throat as they go down. I've got around the size issue by crushing them into an omelette. When the packet is finished I wont be buying any more.

    Magical natural product!

    Huge tablets painful to take

    They are just too large to swallow and a really awkward shape I choke every time and once it got severely lodged I couldn’t breathe was terrified.. now I crush them but it’s awful and powdery will not be buying again

    Horse tablets.

    I bought the chrominum picolinate tablets that are very effective and very easy to swallow. They are very tiny. These on the other hand are far to large to be swallowed comfortably. I have not taken many of them and have a full pack. I will not purchase these again.
