Great quality far better than old fasioned PVC tape.
Used this inside my 1977 Alfa 105, durring the rebuild. This cloth tape is a pleasure to work with tears easilt by hand, takes shape with minimum effort so much better than vinyl. This version is however not suitable for under car or under bonnet areas use the slightly more expensive 51026 tape as it is heat ,oil, fuel and moisture resistant,. The extra resistance means it has to be cut with scisors but it is very strong and very easy to work with.Used this inside my 1977 Alfa 105, durring the rebuild. Ok for wiring.
I would have liked the tape to be a bit stickier, however it is ok for it's intended use which is to cover wiring. If you want to use it to stick to other surfaces then it may not be the best choice. Gorilla tape is a lot stickier, but is not so good for wiring as it's a bit too stiff.

A use for this product it's makers didn't plan.
Made for tidying vehicle wiring looms, this product is brilliant for the collectors of vintage film cameras. With it's low tack, and exceptional ability to mould comfortably to the shape of vintage cameras, this tape is a godsend when it comes to preventing light leakage. Cameras made from the mid 1960s onwards utilised foam seals to ensure total light exclusion. By now most of these seals have degraded to the extent whereby the camera will let light onto the film. Doubly frustrating as film and it's development isn't cheap, and there's no quick check to see if the exposure is correct as with a digital camera. Using Tesa tape to seal the back of a camera is a simple and inexpensive way to ensure this doesn't occur. It leaves no residue when removed, and doesn't damage the leather covering ... Factory finish to automotive wiring
