Hi the chair is quite well made but we have 1 left arm & we need a right arm as you cannot turn the arm support round to change it so what do you suggest we do as we dont want to go to the trouble to pull it all apart again to send it back to you thanks Irene. Please help as i cant face forwards & backwards at the same time Ha Ha Will you have to send another chair thanks i am 70 so cant do these kind of tricks they will put me in a Nursing Home PS my phone wont send photos ( Help )

As described on site, unfortunately it was missing pieces and was damaged on top. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement asap. Very happy with the service received the other within 48hrs. It was obviously packed like that from manufacturers so they wouldn’t have known until unpacked and putting together.

Very impressed with the seller. The original item had a part missing. I contacted them and they replied instantly, stating there was a replacement on the way. Within 48hrs, the replacement item arrived. Would definitely recommend.
The product itself is of cheap quality. But that is expected given the price. This is what I prefer as my child will likely grow out of it in the next 12 months. Again, thank you to the seller. Great customer service.
