RETURNS: We accept returns within 14 days of product’s purchase if:

1)Product was received and the technical state was accepted but the product will reveal later on some hidden faults but . Those faults need to be confirmed first by manufacturer’s assessment. The client is responsible for shipping costs of the product for the assessment purpose. If the product is found to be faulty the client is entitled to 100% refund.

2) Product was not used and is not damaged. The Client is entitled to 70% refund due to unavoidable instant natural usage signs of this type of products.

3)Product was received as a package by courier or post and was unopened , not damaged and was returned within 14 days. The Client is entitled to 100% refund.

4)Product was received as a package by courier or post and was found damaged. The Client is entitled to full refund if the notification about the damage was received within 48 hrs from receipt and the product returned within 7 days. The Client is entitled to 100% refund, subject to manufacturer’s fault assessment.

The refund is aimed to take place within 7 days since return but it might take longer due to pending assessment outcome.

DELIVERY: Normal delivery time is up to 3 weeks but the non -standards bespoke products which are made to order are going to be delivered within 6-8 weeks.

looks good quality.
Never used it just yet. The only problem i have is the valve is not easy to put tyre inflator on best to take the wheel of to do this so i have put my axel on R clips. Just hope it works ok with the mover as the last one bought from another compony pulled the axel into.it does say you can use this with the mover keep fingers crossed..

would not fit my alko forks due to tyre being slightly larger 265 as opposed to 250,and the centre shaft being 19mm and 20 on the alko ,does have proper bearing each side but no end caps so water easily gets into the bearings ,the valve is very close to the spindle which when fitted makes it very awkward to inflate due to being behind the forks. The outer rim of the bearing housing i found protrudes slightly from the bearing face so will rub the forks slightly till it wears away, will do the job and get you out of trouble if it fits,but be sure to check all sizes thoroughlyfirst would not fit my alko forks due to tyre being slightly larger 265 as opposed to 250,and the centre shaft being 19mm and 20 on the alko ,does have proper bearing each side but no end caps so water easily gets into the bearings ,the valve is very close to the spindle which when fitted makes it very awkward to inflate due to being behind the forks. Excellent if Caravan Mover Fitted
Had pneumatic jockey wheels on all 7 of my caravans. They’re great on all surfaces including gravel and granite chippings as they do not plough into any surface. I carry a spare tyre and tube, which I’ve had to use once in 27yrs. Tyre wear is minimal far less than the hard plastic wheels fitted to caravans. We’ll worth fitting. If you want to use your ALKO jockey head unit, it does marry up with the fork section of Maypole unit. I have this setup with no problems. Only given 4*s as agree inflation is fiddly but not impossible.Had pneumatic jockey wheels on all 7 of my caravans.
