About this product

Product Information

The evil Kogg is working to rule everything and destroy the land. Play as Klayman to take down the bad guy and save the land and its people, as you are the only one who can do it. There are ape-like creatures working under Kogg that do everything in their power to stop Klayman from completing his mission. The Claymation characters and environment are due to 2D platformer technology. There are 90 levels to tackle spread among the seven worlds in the game. The objective for players is to destroy the Skullmonkeys by butt-bouncing them on the head or firing projectile weapons.

    Skullmonkeys Bring Pure Joy!

My 9 yr old granddaughter has been asking for this game for forever. Telling her how much many places were charging, & I could not afford it, did not matter to her lil gamer heart. Josh...you have made a young girls dreams come true. Affordable pricing and a game in great shape have brought giggles of delight and furrowed brow of concentration as she works her way through the game. Her mom has joined her in playing, making one on one time extra special. I would gladly buy from you again !

  • A game like no other, Skullmonkeys has great humor, music, visuals, and fun

This is the game that I remember from over 10 years ago, and it keeps its strength today. Its a solid, challenging platformer, made by the same guy to created earthworm jim and the neverhood. The toilet humor is used frequent but not overdone, and the cartoon-like sound effects and action is always fun. The unique thing about this game is that it has full claymation cut-scenes and the environments and characters in the world look great. I have been playing this on my ps3 on a big screen and its a great way to replay this game. I hope that it gets re-released in some way because a slight change to the timing of the jumping mechanic and a SAVE feature would be nice. This is a password only type game, even though its from the time when memory cards had been well established. A near perfect ...

  • Unique platform game.

This is a classic game that uses claymation. That is, using clay and taking pictures for every movement that the characters make. It is a distinctly old school game that is very hard (I'm not even a quarter of the way through and most likely wont try to beat it)But it is a game to own if you followed videogames for a while. I recommend it if you like platform games (and hard ones at that) well worth the money.

  • Clay-tastic

This game is a cult classic. Clayanimaton at it's best as well as an excellent continuation of The Neverending.
