The fixture's dimensions in the seller's product description did not match the actual product. The product was two inches shorter than described -- shorter than a ceiling cutout it had to cover. The fixture was shipped is its retail display box, which was far too flimsy to withstand handling along the way. Both ends of the box were frayed and open when it arrived. I returned the item, and payment was refunded.

The reason we reported you to eBay is because your allegations are baseless. The dimensions in our listing are exactly what we say in the title. You simply want someone else be responsible for your mistakes. That's not going to happen here.
