This will point you in the direction of a fault, you just have to work out in your mind from experience to find the faulting i.e. relay that needss replacing, bit like taking your Honda to a Honda dealer and they say it could be a number of things. TOAD software is still the daddy of them all for pinpointing the component but costs a lot of money to get you set up.
