All these for a present , was never told there was going on holiday, asked where my parcel was was told gone on holiday till the 9th of September… asked for a refund as it was for a present, most told to wait until they get back.. sent several messages, asking for them to cancel the order now, ignoring me without no refund.. have now added a note saying they’re out of the office…. Very rude. and not a good seller at all communication stopped once asked for a refund.
