Ordered item and for convenience opted for click and collect from Argos was given delivery date of by Tuesday 25th July. Checked with company on thursday as to where abouts as no updates from company apart from item despatched. Company then replied with "customer refused to accept item" sold out and will issue refund. This item was one of one so I asked who had my item and I am sure Argos would not refuse my item!! No explanation forthcoming and ordered this item from alternative company !!
