I had difficulty getting the device to power up and got confused with having to use usb cables when not mentioned in the advert. Seller very helpful and did best to offer plenty solutions and free return refund or exchange. Turns out the batteries supplied with device were completely flat and are not chargeable according to a local company where I bought 2 new batteries for £2. Device now working so regardless of what happened here it now works which is all I was after.
