Note - All Photos are stock images for advertisement purchases only and may not be the actual item you re buying. Most represent the same or similar design. Sprockets will be a stock image to represent the rear sprocket although, as many sprockets have a similar design, we use a stock sprocket, this may not be the item in the photo. Front sprockets are likely to be of similar design but just a representation of your purchase, the chain photographed will always be the DID VX Pro Street chain.
The item that you receive will be of similar design, but as described in the listing and correct fitment for the bike advertised in the title. If you wish to see the item specifically, we photograph them as separate listings on our website.
 
Items advertised are in stock and ready for dispatch. Items will be dispatched within 1 working day by the method selected. Any delays in dispatch will be notified as soon as possible.
 
Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class services are not tracked. An upgrade can be selected at checkout to include a tracked or 48hr delivery service. 48Hr delivery will be dispatched on a next day service but due to collection times, this may occur the following working day for delivery on the 3rd working day.
 
Missing parcels
Royal Mail untracked services are not classed as missing for 15 working days and may delay us in being able to sort a replacement or refund until confirmed missing. We need to offer these services to enable the availability of free delivery on all products.
Missing tracked parcels will require investigation through the relevant courier company, and although we will endeavour to sort a replacement or refund, this can only be done following this investigation.
We can not be held responsible for any delays in both dispatch or delivery.
 
International Parcels
 
We are a member of Ebay Global Shipping Program. All purchases made using this service are sent using a national postage service to Ebays GSP shipping centre where it will be forwarded to the customer. prior to arriving at the Shipping centre, they fall into the above terms. Following receipt at Ebay GSP, the order is insured and handled through ebay.
 
International parcels sent direct from the UK don not include VAT and therefore you will be charged Tax at the local rate and import duties, this responsibility is lies with the customer. if a parcel is lost due to non payment of import fees, there will be no claim against the missing item. All parcels are sent insured, however any insurance claims must be filed within 28 days of the parcel being dispatched - this term is imposed by the courier firm. If your item has not arrived within 28 days, please contact us. if you do not contact us, we will do our best to locate the item, however there will be no refund due.
 
We can not be held responsible for any delays in both dispatch or delivery.
 
Returns
If you change your mind and no longer require your item, we have a 30 day return policy. The item must be returned in new condition including the items packaging. Any defects in the product or packaging may result in a reduction in the refund fee. If an item is found to have been used or fitted prior to return, a refund is likely to be rejected as we will have to dispose of the item.*
 
Incorrect/Faulty items
We endeavour to send you correct and accurate items and can only apologies if there is a problem with your order. We will try to resolve any issues efficiently. If you receive the wrong or a faulty item, please contact us immediately (there is no specific return time under this condition). We request that you return the item as sent (we accept packaging may be damaged), as this is likely a fault with us or the item, we will pay your postage and replace as required (please use an appropriate service for delivery as excessive postage claims may be rejected).*
 
We are responsible for items arriving with our customers, any returns are the customers responsibility, we recommend adding insurance to ensure your courier is responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit.
 
*It pains me to add this condition - We will need to inspect all returns prior to any refund or replacement, previously we have aimed to replace the part for customers next day to ensure you have the minimum disruption due to the unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately we are seeing items then not returned by some customers.

All products sold by WSC Performance are genuine and come direct from either the Manufacturer or Official Distributor. Unless stated otherwise, all products come with a standard 12 Month manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer or distributor to arrange a repair or replacement.
 
Most warranty claims will require a return and assessment by the manufacturer to assess the cause of the fault. The manufactures decision is final, and If any fault or failure appears to be from neglect or improper use, the product may be disposed of with no replacement or return.
 
We (WSC Performance) have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of failure due to failing to comply with warranty conditions or improper use. Returns will be at the the customers expense.
 
All parts are recommended for fitment by a qualified installer and WSC Performance will not be held liable for damage or injury caused by failure of the parts we distribute. All claims that arise will need to be directed through any distributor or manufacturer.

    Identical to OEM

    These are identical to the BMW originals (manufactured by Brembo) fitted to my R1200 rs but cost considerably less. Service was brilliant, I bought front and rear sets plus an extra set for a pal.
