Venditore molto disponibile sia durante l'acquisto (si sono accertati che il telecomando che stavo per acquistare poteva sostituire il modello precedente), sia dopo l'acquisto, l'unico problema è stata la tracciatura della spedizione affidata a Poste Italiane e "persa" fino a quando non hanno suonato a casa, con solo 24 ore di ritardo rispetto a quanto descritto in fase di acquisto.
