The merchandise was as described, and shipping was done, and arrived, in a timely manner. However, the (fragile) merchandise was not packed securely, and arrived broken, which made the printer totally unusable. I contacted the seller, who agreed to allow the return and agreed to reimburse me. I have also requested reimbursement for my cost to ship the return. We will see how that goes. I will update this review if necessary.
