I bought this toaster for a friend who was setting up home, so as of now it hasn't been used yet, so cannot comment on performance. Having said that Morphy Richards is a well known trusted brand, so I am confident it will be no problem.

This looks and feels a good product it is light and easy to handle like all these things time will tell.There is one small upgrade could be done that is the indicator on the control knob the arrow should be high lighted as it is moulded into the chrome knob make it difficult to see.
