Hi! Just wanted to address a few comments here - we check for functionality and colour of the product prior to shipping. It seems you may have mixed up our product with another vendors as ours was black. We also shipped this item out from Canada and it was made clear prior to purchasing that buyers are expected to pay for shipping if they plan on making a return.
