Really disappointed actually. It just came in a box with a bit of brown paper wrapped round it, no proper packaging. When you move the brush part backwards and forward it’s really hard work and it leaves the carpet really wet. It sucks up very little water. You literally have to keep your finger pressed down for the spray to come out as the hole is so small and can hardly see it. It will clean a piece of mud of your shoe!It’s not worth the money to be honest and I wished I had bought a Vax now.
