    The item arrived late with poor communication and then was incomplete, missing the drip tray. Tried to communicate but received no reply so was forced to reach out to eBay who responded swiftly and refunded. I have since purchased the missing item from another eBay seller but it has been a lot of hassle and would have much preferred a swift, efficient and pleasant transaction in the first place.

    The parcel arrived very late - it took over 3 weeks. It was a Christmas gift and it arrived after Christmas. The packaging was inadequate. The box containing the necklace was destroyed. The necklace itself was nice and in good condition. I relayed this to the seller and have received no response.
