The earrings were nice and as shown, but the stones were meant to be pink, and they looked more like clear. However i contacted the seller and they were apologetic and offered me a partial refund of the price i'd paid. So i was satisfied with the outcome. Delivery was within the stated delivery time and when i contacted them about my issue, they soon got back to me. Communication was good.

Bought these hair sticks as a gift; they arrived quickly, and were exactly as described. There was no real stiffening in the packaging to protect them in transit, but they arrived with no damage, and I never had to contact the seller. Item has described. Was impressed with quality however seller used evri who dumped my parcel outside very late at night and did not ring bell or let us know where parcel was. Was gail force winds and heavy rain that night, we are lucky the parcel did not go missing, i only new of delivery due to email saying deliverd so i had to go hunting for the parcel!
