Do not take more than 100 micrograms (4,000 IU) of vitamin D a day as it could be harmful. This applies to adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women and the elderly, and children aged 11 to 17 years. This information SHOULD be displayed on the listing but would loose the seller money. Item is ok but correct information not on the listing.

(i'd advise as with all vitamin D 4000iu, for the first two weeks to take every second or third day untill your body gets used to it, which saves you from some of the complications or if you get complications to take them every second day untill your body gets used) Use by date is in 2027, so you have enough time to take them before the sell by date I'd buy some more again
