the item was good price BUT I needed it to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks--SELLER states would be 4 to 5 weeks---this would NOT work for my bumper repairs that needed to be completed on or before FEB 5,,SELLER refunded entire price paid so Customer Service was GOOD--ONLY post NEUTRAL as I wished item would arrive sooner but that was NOT possible. May try again in the future when time is NOT a factor.
