They are not just for old people, My Daughters use this brand to. This is not a age thing on poise. Try them, you will not be sorry, or change brands again.

      THIN BUT COULD BE THINNER!!

      POISE HAS IN THE PAST BEEN JUST WHAT I NEEDED IN SIZE, ABSORBANCY, AND PRACTICALITY FOR BLADDER LEAKS. I USE A LIGHT ABSORBANCY PAD (#3) AND I FIND THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ABSORBING WELL. THERE IS ANOTHER PRODUCT OUT THERE (ALSO A #3) THAT IS VERY ABSORBANT AND EVEN THINNER. POISE NEEDS TO UP THEIR GAME!
