Very professional customer care. Got messages at every step of the repair. The unit arrived back, ahead of the expected delivery date, was very professionally packaged and best of all...... a little bag of Haribo sweets. I installed and fitted the unit this morning and it was literally only a matter of plugging it in and "hey presto" problem solved. Excellent work and a short turn around. Excellent service. I had a faulty ECU from my Fiat 500, sent it off and was repaired. It came back all nicely packaged and even better, in the box was a packet of Haribo's (I love them) which I thought was a great touch. I put back in the car and all worked great with no Proxi alignment needed. I had contacted other companies who wanted between £250-300 but these guys charge £95 so well worth the money. I highly recommend if you have a faulty ECU/Module to use these. Very happy !!!!!
