Faulty product, front wheels snapped off as my 4 year old child rode outside for only the second time. Safety first! Seller removed feedback my last feedback too. I bought two for my twins hence this feedback. Seller also refusing return/refund on the faulty product!

The buyer has had the item for just under 2 months. The buyer has damaged the item due to misuse or accident as shown in the pictures. We offered to assist the buyer but they wanted to use feedback as a tool to make us accept the return. The buyer is very uncooperative and wanted a refund or they would leave feedback, and would not accept anything else. Buyer did not leave 2 feedbacks and that its false information therefore it should question the credibility of the whole feedback.
