Not received item, no help with contacting DHL about delivery, just keep getting fobbed off and being told it’s out for delivery for three days and still not received. Very un happy child as didn’t receive in time for birthday. Very poor

*Item did arrive, 3 days late following a delay with the courier. I chased up as requested and the item was delivered, although I'm fairly sure it was already on its way. Attempted to follow up with customer to make sure item had indeed arrived because I do care about these things, assuming from lack of response that all is well. Enjoy the product.
