Item arrived on time. Unfortunately it was the wrong model. Within 20 mins of me notifying seller they had responded, apologised and asked me to return the item before the correct item be sent out. On receipt of the mistaken item I was contacted by phone and given the new delivery time and offered a refund if the delay posed a problem. The correct item, brand new in a sealed box, arrived the day after dispatch. An excellent service as displayed by the gracious way they corrected their error.
