When I received a message from Evri saying it had been delivered and it clearly hadn’t I contacted them only to be told my postcode was not associated with that parcel and I should contact the seller. I contacted the seller and I have to say their response has been superb immediately issuing a refund whilst they ‘chase’ Evri. So whilst very disappointed with the outcome, the seller’s customer service has been excellent, 5 stars.
