The item I ordered was not sent, a far more inferior version was instead. That one is not fit for purpose. Seller said they'd send the correct one but nothing has arrived, or even notified me that has been done.
Very cross and disappointed because I'd already had the same inferior version sent by another trader and I'd spent much time searching for a similar one to that which I'd had for 15 years.
Misleading photo and description, which is contrary to UK Consumer Law.

Item was nothing of description. Extremely thin and poor quality, very dirty it would leave dirt on my hands and clothes and it had a bad smell to it as well. Item also did not match description dimensions. For $120 AUD I expected much better quality. Was a total waste of money. Attempted to contact seller but seller made no attempt to resolve the matter. I had to make a complaint through eBay. I hope I can get my money back!!
