New watch straps can only be returned if the clear sealed packaging remains unopened. Your original payment minus supplemental postage costs will be refunded in a timely manner after receipt. Return postage cost and shipping insurance are the buyer's responsibility.

Any warranty provided by SWWatches covers the movement functionality and reasonable timekeeping only. Contact must be made within the stated warranty period in order to arrange repair free of charge. In the event of a repair being unavailable, a return or part refund will be offered instead. This warranty is made void if the watch has been tampered with by a 3rd party without prior agreement, if there are signs of water ingress, any damage beyond typical wear and tear, or other evidence of misuse.
