purchased Yankee Candle Black Plum Blossom Christmas present for parents It arrived at parents house 6weeks before Christmas remained unopened until I arrived home for Christmas When the box was opened Christmas Day it had broken glass encased in newspaper wrapping reported this to seller n was shocked to receive a aggressive n accusatory reply telling me the candle was wrapped in bubble wrap which it wasn’t that I was a scammer. Seller was giving me verbal assault wont buy from the seller again

Buyer claimed damage over 7 weeks after receipt. The story didn't tie in with the damage and they sent pictures of the packaging which didn't match the packaging the item was sent in. No glass evident in the packaging considering damage claimed. When discrepancies were pointed out I had to endure a constant stream of aggressive and threatening messages. Feedback on my other items is all good with comments on how well packaged items are, and I am happy to help anyone with a genuine problem.
