My item arrived damaged and all the powder was in the envelope it came in and box all ripped open it was delivered bye amazon but they won't accept responsibility and said to get in touch with ebay seller so I did and never had a response so I would avoid this seller cause your item will be damaged and never get a response to try resolve the problem

Item initially came a little later than I personally hoped and I requested a return which was accepted. It was only after packaging item and using QR code sent by seller (not the standard ebay label return process) that I noted this was being returned 'directly' to another well known company and not seller. I cannot fault the sellers actions regarding the smooth return request and refund, however was not aware I myself was dealing directly with this well known supplier, therefore disappointing
