He offered to put the boxes jn my garage because it was raining so hard and expected to keep raining for several days. He didn’t have to walk further or anything - but I know it took more time. I am very grateful to him. He should give classes on how to provide good service. I will choose Fed Ex over UPS as a result of his kindness in the future

Item assembled with some difficulties but got it together. Seller wasn't cooperating at first for the damages for a partial refund, but finally gave in when I was going to report them to ebay. I gave a neutral feedback because their service was unprofessional at dealing with issue. Otherwise it would have been a positive one. Buyer should not have to text back and forth with seller.
