Seller is AAA+++ Everything as described and he did his part. The Post Office sent the package on a tour of the state before delivery, not the seller's fault however. I checked Yes below on arriving on time* so as not to affect the seller but if I could down vote the Post Office on this one I would.
*Delivery delayed 2 - 3 days while package traveled to wrong towns.
