    20$ fix to make a laptop more useable.

    I am coming from using a MacBook trackpad, so my standard is not low. The Lenovo x1 Carbon gen 2 comes with a whole-trackpad as one button design... Its flaw is that while pressing down (clicking) the cursor jumps ... Hence, missing the target on which you clicked. [ Especially with the high resolution screen, this problem is amplified. ] This is addressed by Lenovo reverting back to the former version of the trackpad in the gen 3 model of this laptop. ... Installing this trackpad in place of the gen 2 model, means removing a few screws, a ribbon cable... And then placing this one in its place... Uninstalling the gen 2 driver, and installing the n10gx25w driver. ... You get back the use of the trackpoint for scrolling... And the two buttons on the inside of the trackpad (bottom) and ...
