Best to avoid this unknowledgeable and unreasonable buyer. Does not understand that the shipping method that was selected for this item did not include tracking, other shipping methods were available at a higher cost that included tracking, however the buyer did not select any of those. A full refund was provided based on their claim (their word) the item was not received. Yet they still left negative feedback on a seller that has 100% positive rating for an item worth less then a dollar.
