I really didn’t need to as my usual size would have been fine. No nasty silicone grippers on these - they are lightly boned with a stretchy waistband which all stayed put and didn’t roll down. They were comfortable all day and gave a smooth silhouette under my dress. I will buy these again in my usual size - great product.
