My item arrived but there was damage. It looks like the product was never used and still in original packaging. It was described as new, never used. When I got it, I took it out of styrofoam package then heard a clinking-something broken. This seems like an honest mistake from seller who probably did not open original packaging to inspect prior to selling. I wrote back to seller and they refunded me the whole cost. I am bummed out the item is broken (The base for item had big chip in it)
