BUT there was none in the box.Trawled through their site over an hour without finding one I emailed and was given the link to the same site +1 other. sent email to friend who later found instructions But not in any downloadable format PDF for parts list only. Gave box to old friend to look at he eventually made it but found outer bearings are not captive and spin freely Over priced
