Arrived promptly and as described. Unfortunately the coffee pot was poorly packed, so arrived damaged. The pot was just in a thin cardboard box, wrapped in a plastic pack. The box was dented and the lid of the pot is slightly bet. However, it will still function and for the price it’s not worth returning. Would suggest supplier packs the box in protective packaging to prevent the box being damaged.

The bag was very disappointing. A very cheap version of the bag in the photos. The shoulder strap is sewn so low down that the bag tips forward, even empty! The little tag is sewn in the wrong place and can't be seen from the front. The front pocket is nowhere near as deep as the one in the photo. I did complain and sent photos and I have been fully refunded. It's a shame though, it wastes everyone's time. Be wary! I can't give no stars or I would.
