I have purchased 3 different rhizomes from the seller only one survived. The rhizomes were harvested when too young to be shipped and not properly packed. I contacted the seller, explain the situation and the answer was that the rhizome is still alive and I should be patient. One month later still the rhizome still looks dead. I asked for a refund and I have been offered by the seller out of kindness to pay for new one and have one shipped for free. Too low quality for the price tag. Stay away.

Erst behauptet die Kundin die Rhizome nicht erhalten zu haben, doch nach Tracking-Beweis meinerseits wird behauptet, dass die Rhizome mangelhaft sind. Ebay kassiert übrigens für jeden eröffneten Fall 20 €, egal, ob er berechtigt ist oder nicht. Wer profitiert hier wohl?
