Not bad for the price but poor materials. Arrived with some ‘rattan’ already split. Not worth the hassle to return so glued it, seems ok. Pushing the footstool under the main seats also tears at the ‘rattan’ so has to be stored elsewhere which defeats the object. Instructions somewhat confusing as labels didn’t match the instructions!

it says 30cm by 30cm and that it covers 2.5m2. so i did not measure each of the squares in my garden, i measured it as 1 box equals to 2.5m squared. i needed 4 boxes altogether but when i recieved it, it only fills 1.5m squared per box. i got scammed and seller is not helping me. i spent 300 quid for this to fit my garden and it barely does. i measured it all out. the listing is wrong. they should give me some money back or send more boxes. This is unfair!!!!

Hermes are absolutely useless how can a company not follow instructions. I have left messages on there system to deliver it Friday or Saturday as we are working for then to find out that they have only delivered 2 out of 3 boxs to the side of the house for the whole world to see... I'm fuming and spoke to your very professional staff member about my concerns as the 1st 6x9 shed you delivered to me was stolen on the 5th of May and through my insurance had to claim for this one to be left at risk.
