I’ve purchased this hard Chanel sunglasses case, and was aware it had some minor scuffs. The photographs in the description showed the scuffs and the seller contacted me to ensure I was happy with the condition before she sent it. However, when the item arrived, although the condition looks like the photographs, the leather is so fragile and old that as soon as it touched anything was used once the leather simply rubbed off the case I contacted the seller however they were not willing to refund

As the buyer acknowledged, the case was received in the condition that was described in the listing and was contacted before shipping to ensure they were happy with the scuffing on the leather that was clearly visible in the photos. The item was damaged heavily due to inappropriate handling by the buyer who then reached out in an
aggressive manner, threatening to leave a negative review, making false accusations about the state of the item, and demanding an immediate full refund.
