the seller sent the wrong item. I ordered an 11" screen and they sent a 13" one. When I notified them they said it could only be returned in the original condition. I had to take it out of the box to see was it suitable so therefore had to unwrap it. This was not satisfactory for the seller. Then they stopped communicating with me. They didn't even apologise for sending the wrong item. I had to complain them to eBay. Avoid this seller. I read other reviews as well and lots of bad ones. Avoid!!!
