I’m a size 12/14, 5’4” and the medium fits me great with the V-neck on this t-shirt modestly located. 
The packaging was very good too with a box used (not just a plastic bag with the item shoved in it.)
The shirt came with a plastic bag over it on a hanger and folded gently in the box. This means a lot to me.
