But we also do understand the frustration of receiving the wrong product and all the inconveniences associated but we would have tried our best to rectify the mistake. All the best Smithie UK

They proved to be totally unreliable and kept giving me false delivery dates. Their telephone consumer service did not really know where the package was and it was eventually delivered almost a week late.
