    You were informed it was a mistake, and we offered to fix it and send you the correct clock. The labels were swapped with another customer's. We apologized and offered a solution, but you left negative feedback without giving us a chance to make it right. It's also a customer’s responsibility to allow a vendor to correct errors. We refunded you immediately and let you keep the wrong item. We have over 20 years of honest work in ebay.
