The hair I received was extremely poor quality. I paid £198 for 2 bundles of hair. It wasn’t 100% human hair as stated. When I tried to lighten the hair it fell apart. When I contacted the company, I offered to send the hair back so they can see the poor quality but they refused as they wouldn’t be able to sell it on??? I wouldn’t thought they were concerned over the hair but they were not all. They offered me a 13% refund which I refused. I would rather warn others and learn my lesson

hi dear，I am so sorry you are not satisfied with our products,and our hair is real human hair! but if you want dye it, only can bye the dark color, best wish! Q. Can I dye /color the hair? A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker , not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficulty to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair. best wish!
