The item was ordered at night on Jan 29. I posted it on Jan 30 in the morning by royal mail. The customer tried to contact me for a refund during the weekends, I was unable to reply her as I have two sick 7 year old kids to care for. And she left me negative feedback straight away. I tried to refund her on Monday morning, eBay doesn't allow me as the buyer already opened the case during the weekends.
