Disappointed that the $50 wallet was thrown in a large box with no wrapping or packaing to protect it. Luckily, it wasn’t damaged. The wallet also had several small blue pen marks on the back that were not disclosed, but it was a good deal and I like it too much to return. The seller can improve on their packaging and description/photos for items.

I was eventually refunded, but seller was very passive about finding a solution. My package was lost in transit. Absolutely NOT the sellers fault, and I was refunded. BUT it took the seller 15 days to start a claim, when I specifically told seller that UPS told me for her to start a claim. I even listed step by step instructions on how to start the claim, but it still wasn't completed for 15 days. The loss in transit could have been handled in a more timely fashion.
