Does just what it says on the packet. Take an hour before going to bed. It is useful to get back into a proper sleeping pattern and all the better for being a natural product.

Good night's sleep
Have only used Melissa Dream for a few nights and I now know what it is to have a good nights sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and also in a better mood. I have had years of trouble trying to sleep and often had two to three hours sleep only. I would recommend anyone who has the same problem to try Melissa Dream.
