I sent my digital processor 2 them for a repair & they told me that it needed further repairs. It's a bit like when I take my car 2 a garage; I don't know what they're talking about! I had 2 trust them! In the end, they offered me a refurbished 1 & I paid more than I intended 2 pay. I could have got a refurbished 1 cheaper elsewhere, but there U go. The price was OK. The item they sent was smart & clean.

I mailed on Monday and I received it back by Friday! I showered in the evening and it was perfect.
